Think Like a Genius, LLC was founded by Todd Siler, his brother Eric Siler, and Scott Perlman in 1994. Our vision was to build a company based on Todd's groundbreaking work on creativity, learning, innovation and communication, which aims at helping people realize their potential for lifelong success. Its offerings are based on a patent pending 5D modeling process invented by Todd Siler, called Metaphorming, and developed by Think Like a Genius, LLC.

Metaphorming has been broadly applied to the general public through the Think Like a Genius Program and ArtScience Program: from K-12 schools, students & teachers to homemakers; from world leaders to kids-at-risk; from senior executives to senior citizens. In every application, these programs have succeeded in tapping the creative genius in all of us. Simply, the programs work by enabling everyone to freely build on their innate abilities to learn, create, discover, and communicate.

In 2000, we formed Psi-Phi Technology Corporation to develop and promote software and internet based tools for self-expression, communication and innovation, based on the Metaphorming process.

Todd Siler, Ph.D., Founder, President, Director of Creativity - Todd is the inventor of the Think Like a Genius® process. He is a visual artist, author, inventor, public speaker, educator and consultant, who received a Fulbright Fellowship to India, and an I.B.M. Thomas J. Watson Fellowship to Paris, France. In 1986, he became the first visual artist to receive a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Todd is an international advisory board member of the World Knowledge Forum in Seoul, Korea, and a Forum Fellow of the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland. He has written numerous papers and books on creativity, innovation, and the arts, including Think Like A Genius (New York: Bantam Books, 1997), and Breaking the Mind Barrier (New York: Simon and Schuster, 1990 and Touchstone Books, 1992).

Todd is also a world-renowned artist, whose artworks are in numerous private and public collections, including The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, The Metropolitan Museum of Art (20th Century Collection), The Museum of Modern Art, and The Whitney Museum of American Art in New York City. Todd's artwork is represented by Ronald Feldman Fine Arts in New York City.

Eric Siler, Founder, Chief Executive Officer - Eric is responsible for finance, business development and public relations. His passions are working with people from all cultures and educational backgrounds, and improving human communication through understanding. He has over 30 years experience in a wide-range of public relations work, marketing, management, and fundraising. Eric has a Bachelors of Arts degree in Speech Communications from the University of Denver (1976). He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Museum of Outdoor Arts, located in Englewood, Colorado.

Scott Perlman, Founder, Chief Operating Officer - Scott is responsible for coordination of software development, marketing, administration, legal, accounting, finance and other operational needs. He has been involved in the computer industry since 1983, and is active in participating in and organizing national and regional art and music related events and activities. Scott has a bachelors degree in Economics and Political Science from Claremont Mckenna College.
