Think Like A Genius for Corporations

The Think Like a Genius Program has been used by leading organizations such as IBM, Chase Manhattan, and the World Economic Forum to rapidly generate strategic plans, new products, dynamic marketing programs and other needs. This Program was created by Dr. Todd Siler, resulting from two decades of research and testing at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the application of that research to business, communities, schools, families and individuals.

The Think Like a Genius Program involves creating a variety of symbolic models, allowing participants (from 2 to 500 people) to physically see their ideas and clearly communicate them to others. This is similar to what architects create to show the physical representations of their ideas and blueprints. If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a model is worth a thousand pictures. The models are far more powerful than brainstorming, mind mapping, and other text and picture based methodologies.

These models quickly show a teams' creative solutions and ideas concerning their business issues and opportunities. The models lead to practical action plans with concrete outcomes. Applying the Program to management issues will produce a more cohesive, coordinated, committed team of individuals intent on realizing the goals and vision of the organization.
